Preheat your oven to 500 degrees.
Rinse and filet 4 chicken breasts, then place them in a large baggy with about 1/2 a cup of your favorite gluten free BBQ sauce. Tenderize the chicken by pounding on it. Feel free to use this time to let out any frustrations you might have experienced during the day. Just don’t get so carried away that you end up with some sort of chicken pulp. There, don’t you feel better now?
Place the chicken in a glass baking dish that’s been sprayed with something like PAM. Then place in the oven for about 17 minutes. The chicken should cut easily with a fork, but not be pink inside.
Serve this up with a Spirugula salad, or honey glazed asparagus, YUM-O!
