Gluten Free/Dairy Free Vodka Sauce (Spaghetti Sauce)

2 9oz cans tomato sauce (I prefer organic)
2 Cups coconut milk
1 TB olive oil
Basil
1 chopped tomato

(blend a small package of basil with the olive oil and tomato in a blender)
2 tsp oregano
1 tsp onion powder, or 1/4 of finely chopped onion
4-6 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cocoa powder
1 TB agave
2 TB vegan cream cheese
2 TB red wine (with some extra for you to sip on to help you be an even better host/ess)
a dash of crushed red pepper

Mix all ingredients together in a large saucepan, and heat on low. If you can cook it for the day, that’s even better to give the sauce time to let the flavors really come out.
